Bio

Kameron Hurley is a freelance writer currently paying the rent with highly spurious and unglamorous temp jobs and subsisting mainly on diet Coke and Chipotle burritos.

She spent a year and a half in South Africa getting an MA where she specialized in the history of women's resistance against Apartheid and guerilla warfare in southern africa. She'a a bit of a travel junkie, and lived in Alaska for a couple of years, grew up in Washington State, did a couple tours of Europe, spent a couple weeks in New Zealand, and currently lives in Chicago.
