Bio
Shane is a software engineer and writer, happily married and living in Chicago with his wife, two kids and one nuisance cat. He has a B.S. in Computer Science from Purdue University, and a Masters of Software Engineering from Penn State. In addition to Chicago, he has lived in Fort Wayne, IN and Philadelphia, PA.
Shane has been accused of being obsessed with pirates, bacon, zombies and his kids (not necessarily in that order). He's a knitter, guitar player, budding accordionista, and a board and card game enthusiast. His fiction has appeared in Escape Pod, Redstone SF, and Daily Science Fiction, among others.
