Bio
John M. Shade is currently eligible for the John W. Campbell Award for best new science fiction or fantasy writer whose first work of science fiction or fantasy was published in a professional publication in the previous two years. His work has appeared in Daily Science Fiction and Everyday Weirdness, and he is a graduate of the Viable Paradise writer's workshop. He is currently pursuing an MFA in creative writing at the University of Southern Maine's Stonecoast program.
