Bio

J. Kathleen Cheney is a former teacher and has taught mathematics ranging from 7th grade to Calculus.  She is an Active member of SFWA, a member of Broad Universe and Codex, and a founding member of the Oklahoma Speculative Fiction Syndicate.  Her works have been published or forthcoming in The Best of Jim Baen's Universe 2, Writers of the Future XXIV, and Fantasy Magazine, among others.   Her website can be found at www.jkathleencheney.com

Her first novel, The Golden City, is out from Penguin (Ace).
